On Saturday 4 October, Mark and Jen Barnett, with help from some wonderful volunteers, held a family fun day and car show to raise funds and awareness for MND research.

The community dug deep and raised over $13,000. Activities included cars, bikes, face painting, food and a whole lot more. The big ticket item was a raffle, with the first prize an MG!

The event was held at the iconic country pub Hair of the Dog Inn in Ballimore, 30 km east of Dubbo.
