A leader who cannot examine themselves clearly will default to habit under pressure, repeat patterns that no longer serve them and mistake busyness for direction.
The first volume of the series is live, with:

This is the beginning of a broader body of work, with plans to expand the reach and depth of this practice across multiple formats and audiences. The business is currently expanding into B2B licensing, targeting executive coaching and consulting firms in Australia and Singapore that deploy structured frameworks within their leadership programs.
