Wilba Social Enterprises designs innovative solutions to address service gaps in essential services across New South Wales. We focus on areas where traditional systems fall short, creating practical services in transport, employment, youth services, accommodation services and aged care that improve quality of life and foster economic opportunity.

Our current projects include Outback Ramen, a social enterprise restaurant employing and mentoring people coming out of the justice system, and Wilba Transport, a shared minibus service for outer suburban and regional areas without sufficient public transportation.

We are bold and solutions-focused, with a strong track record of turning ideas into real services. From running a government-funded rural transport pilot to launching purpose-driven hospitality initiatives, Wilba is committed to designing models that can be replicated and adapted wherever there is need, particularly for our society's most vulnerable communities.
