Syllabus Sync is a student experience platform designed to help university students manage academic planning, deadlines, campus events, support information and campus-related needs in one clearer student-focused platform.

The problem we are addressing is that students often need to navigate multiple disconnected systems for academic information, events, support resources and campus navigation, which can lead to confusion, missed deadlines, reduced engagement and additional stress.
As part of the broader Syllabus Sync vision, we have also developed MQ Navigation, or Open Day App, as a dedicated mobile companion for campus wayfinding and Open Day use cases.
We have built working prototypes, presented the project to university stakeholders and the MQ Incubator and are now focused on:
- validating the strongest use cases
- improving the products through student feedback
- exploring a small pilot pathway with Macquarie University.
