GenesisX Technologies Pty Ltd is the dedicated research, development and technology-commercialisation company of the Genesis Group, the innovation engine that turns algae science into commercial value.

A wholly owned subsidiary of Genesis Co. Pty Ltd, GenesisX operates with independent management, its own profit-and-loss structure and ring-fenced funding, reporting directly to the Genesis Co. Board.

Building on the Group’s decade of commercial microalgae expertise, it advances technologies through a disciplined pathway from research and validation to intellectual property, pilot trials, commercial deployment and licensing, converting scientific capability into proprietary IP, scalable products and long-term enterprise value for the Group.

GenesisX focuses its investment across four integrated pillars:

• scalable production and innovation infrastructure.

Through these programs it is delivering the Genesis Technology Improvement and Innovation Plan 2026–2029, developing algae-based solutions that:
