Navigating perimenopause and menopause
Creating a world where women understand their symptoms, know what treatments work for them and where workplaces adapt to support them.
FemHQ
FemHQ is Australia's first predictive workplace menopause program. It combines a personal symptom and HRT tracking app with an enterprise solution that anticipates challenging workdays three to seven days in advance and provides immediate support.
Founded by Dr Clair Stark, a physicist turned health-tech entrepreneur, FemHQ addresses a $10 billion annual productivity gap by shifting workplace menopause support from reactive crisis management to proactive prevention – enabling workplaces to support women, rather than expecting women to simply cope.
In partnership with Professor Rebecca Mitchell's MenoNet Research Group at Macquarie University, FemHQ is building the evidence base for workplace menopause interventions that currently doesn't exist.
The iOS app is live in beta, and the company is pursuing ANDHealth+ funding to develop AI-powered prediction capabilities and conduct the first peer-reviewed study on proactive versus reactive workplace accommodations.
FemHQ's founder brings domain expertise through personal menopause experience, scientific rigour from a research career, and a clear mission: To create a world where women understand their symptoms, know what treatments work for them and where workplaces adapt to support them.
