Macquarie University staff and students, Benjamin Zhao, Jake Garth, Charlotte W., Liam I., and Andréane Laurin, supervised by Ed Moore, took part in the first ever Cybercrime Think Tank by the NSW Police Force.
They were faced with real life challenges from identifying the ultimate beneficiaries of proceeds of crime received as cryptocurrency to how individuals can identify their vulnerabilities to cyber attacks.
A perfect way to utilise skills to combat cybercrime.
A big thank you to NSW Police for providing this opportunity and the Macquarie University team. We're proud of you!
