'Keeping up with the sky' Drones and Governance
Abstract: Keeping up with the sky, a thought-provoking quest on drones and governance. Drones are used by organisations and governments on a daily basis, whether it’s tracking down suspects, delivering first aid or monitoring COVID-safe rules, eyes are in the sky. This presentation will dive into issues that arise with data sovereignty, privacy concerns and application vulnerabilities tied together with regulation and governance.

Sita has studied Cyber Security and has a Masters in Policing, Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism from Macquarie University, as well as two Undergraduate degrees from the University of Canberra; her education has set the basis for her commitment to Governance, Risk and Compliance.
