Childrens Service Hubworks Family Guide Banner 2014

Campus Life Children's Services support the needs of Macquarie University staff and students through the provision of high quality services.

We operate two early childhood education and care centres for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years and one Vacation Care centre for primary school aged children during gazetted school holidays. Our services are inclusive and we value and respect the diversity we have among our families and staff.

Priority is given to Macquarie University staff and students, then staff employed by designated entity partners, then the general community. Due to the high demand, there's no guarantee that a place will be available when the family requires it so all families are encouraged to place their name on waiting lists for other services.

The services are approved for Child Care Benefit and the Child Care Rebate.

We have a range of written policies that can be viewed at the centre, including a comprehensive Keeping Children Safe Policy which ensures we are a child-safe/child-friendly organisation.

All three services operate under the Education and Care Services National Regulations and actively engage with the National Quality Standards.
