The development of REDD+ in Indonesia as an experiment in bringing together carbon abatement, equity development and biodiversity protection is continuing to attract global attention. Associate Professor Andrew McGregor from the Department of Geography and Planning, who has done extensive research into REDD+ in Indonesia, was featured in Eco-Business on the REDD+ (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation) program to help save Indonesia’s forests.
