Hi, there are 2 main points of difference in the programs; the curriculum and the delivery mode. Our on campus MBA is a traditional MBA. The 10 foundation units expose you to different general management perspectives, whereas the six elective units allow you to tailor your program to focus on your management field of interest and career goals. The Global MBA curriculum focuses on soft skills and 6 key capabilities. It is not necessarily shorter although you can accelerate your study load to complete it within 1.5 years. Both programs are taught by the same high quality, Macquarie Business School academics and cover the fundamental business disciplines that are core in an MBA.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at globalmba@mq.edu.au

How different is the global mba compared to Macquarie’s normal MBA program, I realise the global is shorter & less expensive but academic wise/info which is best ? Do you learn more in the normal plain MBA that can take 2 years full time ?
Thanks
