Excellent article, we all need to find out more about Dementia as we face an ever growing aging population this disease is becoming more prevalent in society. Triggers can also include pictures, symbols, smell not just music.
A recent white paper stated that eating sardines can reduce the onset of dementia. More study is needed it is refreshing to see that Macquarie has this talent to question, research and provide some answers for the future.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My mother is currently suffering from lost of short term memory. She remembers events and people of the past from long time ago, but cannot remember things that happened or conversations from half an hour ago. Doctors have determined that she has dementia.

Is there a way we can get involved in the research of work on dementia? If so, I will ask my parents if they are willing to participate.

we really appreciate your efforts in this research, thank you!!!!

regards
