Conferences such as this provide rare opportunities for women as leaders or otherwise to meet and share experiences and formulate ideas and solutions to address the age-old problem of too few women in leadership and decision making positions in all spheres of our societies. Papua New Guinea suffered and continues to suffer from the absence of women in leadership and decision making positions.
There is so much to learn from the women leaders who are speaking at the conference and other participants. I hope I can attend. Best wishes- in solidarity with colleagues advocating for women in leadership and decision making positions and the inclusion of women’s entrepreneurial leadership.
