Message from the Executive Dean

As we approach the end of 2025, I’m delighted to share some exciting developments from across Macquarie Business School.

Starting in 2026, our new Artificial Intelligence in Business and Innovation major will prepare students to connect cutting-edge AI technologies with practical business applications – skills that will be essential in every workplace. We will also be launching the Master of Health Leadership, designed to develop future leaders for the health sector at the intersection of policy, management, and innovation. These graduates will be equipped to navigate – and lead – in a rapidly evolving environment. Both programs underscore our commitment to shaping future-ready professionals who can thrive amid technological change and transformation.

Macquarie Business School has hosted a remarkable array of events in recent months, attracting thousands of academic and industry delegates from around the world to explore topics such as climate finance and risk, AI and industry digital transformation, emerging risks, entrepreneurship across borders, the frontiers of digital finance, leadership for a changing health landscape, and navigating marketing’s dynamic landscape. These conversations are more than events; they reflect our commitment to advancing thought leadership, strengthening the connection between research and practice, and positively shaping the future of business.

As the year comes to a close, I want to extend a sincere thank you to our 2025 industry partners – your collaboration continues to enrich our teaching, research, and student experience. Your ongoing engagement helps us ensure that our programs remain responsive and relevant, and we look forward to deepening these partnerships in the year ahead.

Thank you for your continued support of Macquarie Business School. I wish you a safe and restful summer, and I look forward to an exciting 2026 together.
