Linda Schofield
Biography
Linda Schofield is the Faculty Executive Director, Macquarie University Business School (MQBS). She has extensive experience in higher education leadership, with a background spanning strategy, operations, governance and organisational change across several Australian universities, including Macquarie University, the University of Sydney and Australian Catholic University.
Throughout her career, Linda has worked closely with academic and professional staff to support strategic initiatives, improve service delivery and contribute to institutional priorities. She is known for her collaborative approach and commitment to building positive and productive working relationships.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW, Master of Arts in Communication Management from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Prosci certified change practitioner. She is passionate about creating inclusive environments, supporting teams to succeed and helping organisations navigate change in a practical and people-focused way.
