Galle Fort
The largest surviving Dutch defensive fortification and gun battery in Sri Lanka.

Centre: Star Bastion (from the Moon Bastion)

Inlet on right known as Dutch Creek - originally formed part of the defensive approaches to the fort as a natural moat separating the promontory and fort from the mainland.
