KIDD, William Holland (1772-)
Born 16 May 1772 and baptised 15 June 1772 at St. James's Piccadilly, London. Served as 3rd Mate on the City of London (2) in 1803/1804; and 1st Mate on the City of London on the succeeding three voyages in 1805/1806, 1807/1808, and 1809/1811.
Referred to by Lachlan Macquarie in April 1805 as 'Mr. Kidd the Chief Officer'.
