Friday 10th. Decr. !
I took a ride in the Carriage early this morning to Parramatta to view the works & Improvements now carrying on there. — Took a ride after Breakfast accompanied by Mr. Marsden Mr. Oxley Capt. Mitchell & Capt. Antill to Prospect & Toongabbee Districts – and afterwards to the new Female Orphan School House now building at Parramatta. —

Returned in the Evening to Sydney to Dinner, accompanied by Capt.. Antill & Mitchell!

Mondy. 13th. Decr. —
My dearest Elizabeth has this day completed the Sixth month of her Pregnancy – and is – thank God! in very good health & doing very well!

N.B. Mrs. M. felt the Child, She is now Pregnant of, quicken for the first time on Thursday the 21st. of Octr. last – and it has ever since continued very lively!!!

Friday 17. Decr. —
I went up in the Carriage early this morning to Parramatta to see the works &c. there accompanied by Dr. Redfern – and returned to Sydney between 1 and 2,O'Clock. — N.B. I visited the Genl. Hospl. at Parramatta!!! —
