I also omitted to mention, that my chum, the Honble. Lieut. Cochrane had sailed on the 5th. of Septr., for Madras, on a visit to his Friends there. — On the same day that Cochrane Sailed I received a letter from Capt. Jas. Campbell at Madras which I answered by Post in two or three days afterwards. —
