Teaching Induction Program (TIP) 2017



TIP is a professional learning program for teaching, developed and delivered by Faculty Learning and Teaching Teams and the Learning Innovation Hub. It is aimed at providing staff who are very new to teaching at Macquarie with what they need to get started. Depending on the Faculty, TIP includes:

  • Completion of Modules in the TIP iLearn unit
  • Face to face workshops offered in faculties or centrally
  • Specific Learning and Teaching Events
  • Other faculty or department based activities
Who should attend: All who are new to teaching/tutoring, or new to teaching at Macquarie

Your staff number, email or e-workshop number is the unique identifier for our enrolment records. It will not be disclosed.
Please contact us if you need material in alternative formats, or any other special requirements.

During the registration process you may be asked for personal details such as gender and level of employment. We are required to collect this information for mandatory reporting to government agencies for example EEO reports, Professional Development reports, and for Macquarie's Human Resources statistics.
