Discover iLearn Gradebook - ONLINE UNIT - AVAILABLE AT ANYTIME



The Discover iLearn Gradebook training unit is an online training module designed for Unit Convenors or any teaching staff including Tutors, to utilise functions of the Gradebook to manage student grades their iLearn unit.

It will provide participants with the benefits of using the Gradebook, which allows you to view, add, edit, auto-calculate weightings, release and export grades.  This training unit is designed for those who wish to work at their own pace, and at a time and place of their own choosing. It is equivalent to the face-to-face Gradebook workshop.

After completing this online course you will be equipped with the skills and resources to be able to set up your own iLearn Gradebook. By the end of this training, you will be able to:

  • Navigate the Gradebook
  • Access and view student grades
  • Enter student grades
  • Edit and manage important Gradebook settings including filtering the Gradebook by groups
  • Using categories to organise grades
  • Apply weightings for activities
  • Exporting and importing in the Gradebook

Once you have registered for the online workshops an email will be sent to the administration team who will create you a Sandbox which is your own private space to complete online tasks.  Once the Sandbox is created you will be sent an email with a link to the online workshop.

Please note this process can take up to 24 hours from the time you register.

Please note that access to this unit is not immediate, it may take up to 24 hours for you to gain access​ or 48 hours if you register during a weekend.

Who should attend: Any staff member (academic and professional) who have completed iLearn Basics or equivalent.
