Learning and Teaching Workshop Booking

iLearn Exchange - Human Science Edition

Description:

This year, iLearn Exchange is going on the road with faculty catch-ups. Come along to see what your colleagues are doing, learn more about tools that are integral to your work and contribute your thoughts on how to develop and improve iLearn. The Exchanges are open to all Macquarie staff.

In addition to our faculty events, there will be themed Exchanges that cover new tools and upgrades. The team responsible for managing and improving iLearn are regularly at the Exchange, so take the opportunity to talk to them and help shape iLearn.

To sign up for notifications about iLearn Exchange, see http://www.mq.edu.au/about_us/offices_and_units/ltc/mail_list and tick ‘iLearn Updates’.

Get some top tips on electronic marking, and see some examples of how your colleagues have used iLearn to flip their classroom and to build online communities of learning.

  • How can Gradebook (iLearn) and Grademark (Turnitin) help you to grade assessment tasks and provide feedback to your students?
  • How can you use iLearn to flip your classroom?
  • How can student alumni contribute to the learning experience of your current cohorts?
  • How can you use iLearn to build a reflective online community of learning?

These questions will be answered at the Human Science iLearn Exchange.
