Immersive clinical training
The clinical simulation lab uses a bespoke setup of cutting-edge technology to deliver life-like clinical simulations to both students and healthcare professionals.
Including both an operating theatre and two-bed hospital ward, the lab can be adapted to suit any clinical training scenario required.
Immersive simulation is an integral part of our Macquarie MD and Doctor of Physiotherapy programs. The clinical simulation lab provides students with invaluable skills that translate directly to real life situations they may face as clinicians. It allows them to convert theory into practise and ‘make mistakes’ in a safe environment.
