Collaboration and cooperation

Our academics and students are actively engaged with a range of organisations and social problems, and welcome opportunities to cooperatively apply our knowledge and skills to solve practical challenges.

We work cooperatively on boards, committees and through informal partnerships. Our partnerships include:

  • community organisations
  • government agencies
  • Indigenous communities
  • private companies.

We work on projects to develop and evaluate policy, understand and engage with our environment, and build shared solutions to social problems. Our projects range from multi-year Linkage grants to short-term consultancies.

Our students build their skill and knowledge through placements that also provide practical help to organisations.
