Make a bookingA day in the life of a MUSEC student
Each day at MUSEC School is full of a variety of activities for our students to enjoy. As well as lessons dedicated to literacy and numeracy, our school week also features songs, dance, art, sport and play.
School schedule

Please note:
- Students must arrive between 8.30am and 9am.
- Students must be collected between 2.45pm and 3pm.
- We do not have a school canteen. Your child will need to bring food and drink for morning tea and lunch.
- We do not operate before or after school care.
2023 term times
MUSEC School is an independent special school and we operate four terms a year with school holidays similar to other independent schools.

Uniform
The MUSEC School uniform comprises of:
- aqua blue school shirts (available for sale at the school)
- navy-blue shorts, pants or skirt that your child is comfortable to wear.
All students must:
- have a hat (preferably navy blue)
- wear closed in shoes with socks (no sandals, ‘crocs’ or thongs).
School shirts are only available through the school. MUSEC does not sell any other part of the uniform.
Transport
If transportation is an issue, your child may be eligible for the Assisted School Travel Program (ASTP) provided by the NSW Department of Education. ASTP provides individualised transport to and from school.
