The Macquarie Law Journal is published by the Macquarie Law School. It is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal that provides a forum for scholarly dialogue concerning a wide range of legal issues.

Since 2012, The Macquarie Law Journal has been published annually and exclusively online. It was published annually in hard copy format between 2001 and 2009. Archived articles can be found on the AustLII database.
