Join us during mid-semester break for a 3-day short-course led by Archaeological Illustrator, Dr Mary Hartley - places are limited.

This Archaeological Drawing Course is a three-day course run by consultant Archaeological Illustrator, Dr Mary Hartley. The course runs twice during mid-semester breaks and is held in the Museum’s Dry Lab (GC27). Places are limited, with courses capped at a maximum of 12 students.
Students will receive instruction in the foundational technical skills required for archaeological drawing. Students will learn to draw authentic artefacts, vessels and sherds. Participants receive a certificate of completion provided by the educator.
Course 1 ($220, incl.GST) will run from 08-10 April, inclusive
Course 2 ($220, incl.GST) will run from 15-17 April, inclusive
