About Co-op

Macquarie’s Cooperative Education program will provide you with the opportunity to host high-achieving students (see becoming a Co-op student) in your organisation on placements.

Our students bring with them outstanding communication skills, creativity, ethical practice and demonstrated leadership potential.

We currently offer an Actuarial Studies Co-op and an Accounting Co-op.

What does a Co-op partner do?

  • Networks and socialises with students and other industry partners
  • Provides 3 industry placements for 3 different students totalling 15 months
  • Provides financial support for students over four years
  • Co-creates curriculum with students and university staff
