Strategic Initiative Delivery Framework

The strategic initiative delivery framework provides guidelines on the common phases and steps which apply to all strategic initiatives. The aim is to establish a common and consistent framework for the management and delivery of projects.

It also seeks to:

  • Simplify and assist with the sharing of information on project management best practices, approaches, tools and templates.
  • Create and share an understanding of the best practices for planning & management for all types and kinds of project, including infrastructure, process development, new entities, and strategies.
  • Improve the overall capability across the University
  • Contribute to setting common standards and requirements for various projects and establishing common language.
