The results are in from the Waranara Library survey held in March, with respondents reporting a satisfaction rating with the library of almost 80 per cent. The survey aimed to understand what the Library does well, where improvements can be made, and what additional services could better support you.
Here’s what you liked
- expanded opening hours that meet your needs, with more than half of participants visiting the Library at least once a week
- reliable access to online resources, including unit readings in Leganto
- helpful Library staff providing accurate support when you need it
- MultiSearch helping you quickly find journals, books and study tools.
Opportunities for improvement
- finding a quiet place to study can be challenging
- it can be difficult to find spaces for group work
- printing services do not always meet your needs.
The Library has already started working on these priorities and will continue to provide updates as improvements and new features are introduced. Thank you for your involvement and for helping shape a Library that is fit for purpose for staff and students.
