If you have a question about your loan, need to appeal a fine, or have lost a book from the Library, contact us as soon as you can by using this form.

Note: the following are not acceptable reasons for appealing a fine:

• lack of knowledge of loan regulations – see borrowing conditions
• lack of knowledge of your responsibilities
• failing to note due dates
• failing to receive notices or inattention to notices.
