If you have a question about your loan, need to appeal a fine, or have lost a book from Waranara Library, contact us as soon as you can by using this form.
Note: the following are not acceptable reasons for appealing a fine:
- lack of knowledge of loan regulations – see borrowing conditions
- lack of knowledge of your responsibilities
- failing to note due dates
- failing to receive notices or inattention to notices.
