Group fitness timetable
Choose from 110 group fitness classes a week, delivered by our experienced Instructors or try a Virtual Group Fitness class on demand
Book online for Group Fitness classes and collect a ticket from reception upon entry.
Group Fitness class bookings open two days prior to the scheduled class and close five minutes after the start time. First timers? Try the 'Smart Start' and stay for the first 30 minutes and gradually build to a full class.
Thursday 19th October - 7pm Pilates will change to Body Balance with Katie (Pilates returning 26th Oct)
Virtual Group Fitness is at MQ Sport!
Try a virtual class on the big 9x9 TV screens in the Courtyard Studio. Book into a Virtual class online, then go to the Courtyard Studio and your workout will start!
With over 200 virtual classes to choose from and a range of programs including yoga, core training, thirty minute high intensity workouts, pre-choreographed classes and dance style programs. Fitness On Demand can offer you more flexibility in the times you can exercise, try something new or as an introduction to group fitness in a comfortable space.
Aqua in the Sunshine
This Spring and summer the below classes will be relocated to the heated outdoor 50m Pool on selected dates:
Monday 1pm - 30th Oct & 6th Nov
Tuesday 12:15pm - 30t1st Oct & 7th Nov
Thursday 12:15pm - 2nd & 9th Nov
Due to low attendance over a long period, the below class will be removed from the timetable.
