We have carefully devised a fitness program specifically targeted at weight loss, fitness and improving overall health and lifestyle.
Past results include an individual weight loss of 10.1 kilograms and 29 centimetres in eight weeks, with a total combined team weight loss of 79 kilograms and over 350 centimetres!
