About:

Weight Loss Warriors is an 8-week health and fitness program targeted for those who wish to lose weight and learn the fundamentals of training and leading a healthy lifestyle. Training takes place in a small, supportive group where you’ll partake in regular training sessions, weigh-ins and body measurements, be provided nutrition guidance and will attend free health and fitness seminars. We provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to lose weight, to improve your eating and exercise habits, as well as your overall quality of life.

This program is suitable for a beginner to immediate exerciser, who needs slight guidance or an extra boost in their training.

Events and News:

The next Weight Loss Warriors will commence Spring 2018.

The program runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6am.

How to Book Your Weight Loss Warriors Program:

To book your place into Weight Loss Warriors, patrons will have to make their booking at our front desk or Health Club desk. All program bookings must be made and paid in full prior to the advertised start date of the program.
