We have put together a cutting edge program based on quality research and years of experience within the fitness industry to bring you the Weight Loss Warriors program. In this eight-week program, we work with you in small groups to give you the tools and knowledge you need to lose weight, improve your eating and exercise habits, as well as your overall quality of life.

As part of the program, we conduct weekly weigh-in sessions, discuss basic nutrition, and do plenty of exercise.  Read terms and conditions

We have had amazing results from this program so far with some participants losing over 10 kilograms in eight weeks and keeping it off too!
