Looking to take your training to the next level? Then this is your call to attention!
Run by a former Petty Officer Physical Trainer of the Royal Australian Navy, this program will not only push you to your limits, but beyond them! In this 6-week program, designed for civilians, you will be challenged both physically and mentally as you are put through drills that will increase your fitness, total body strength, heighten your physical and mental awareness, whilst learning to push past your present state of fatigue, as you learn to handle training under pressure.
This program aims to empower and show its participants first hand, what it takes to become a Navy Seal and a part of the squadron!
All participants must complete a pre-screening questionnaire prior to their booking, as this program is catered for experienced exercisers who are capable of the following:
- Running 2km
- Swimming 500m
- Experienced in weight training and bodyweight exercises
- Are comfortable swimming in a group scenario with their clothing on
- Acting out military based scenarios
- Ideally be able to lift their own bodyweight
- Are team players
- Have no pre-existing or current injuries or health concerns

The program runs two mornings Tuesdays and Thursdays across the 6-weeks, starting at 6:30am.
