About:

The Fit 4 Life program are recommended classes suitable for seniors, rehabilitation or entry-level participants returning to the fitness. We also offer a selection of classes that are tailored to specific health needs, including the Aqua 'LiveWell' classes and 'Fit4Life' classes.

In these classes you will move through a variety of simple cardio and resistance exercises designed to increase muscular strength, improve your range of movement and coordination for daily living.

Led by industry professionals, classes are relaxed and fun and focus on keeping you moving and motivated for life.

  • The two 'Fit 4 Life' classes on Tuesday and Friday are specifically designed for seniors.
  • LiveWell Aqua are Breast Cancer Survivor-ship classes for women integrating back into exercise post treatment.
  • All classes are qualified for professional registration in the NSW Department of Health Directory of Community Physical Activity Falls Prevention Programs.

How to Book Your Session:

Bookings can be made via the WarriorWeb Members' Portal or at the front desk of the centre with a Member Engagement Officer.

Bookings can only be made prior to the commencement of the class. They open 2-days prior to the scheduled class and close 5-minutes after the start time. If you wish to make a booking to a class that has already commenced, you will be unable to.

Tickets must be collected from reception and brought to the session before you enter.

First timer? Arrive at least 5-minutes prior to the commencement of the class to introduce yourself to the trainer so they can set you up and guide you through the workout.
