Fit 360 is an 8-week periodisation program involving both cardiovascular and resistance training, with a high focus on results and technique correction in a fun and dynamic environment. Based off the seven different training session categories, which provide variety and a holistic training experience, these sessions are high energy and different.
Fitness testing is conducted both at the beginning and end of the program to ensure a measureable outcome is recorded across the eight weeks.
Capped at twelve people per training block, Fit 360 is the perfect bridging program for those who have graduated from the highly supportive Weight Loss Warriors program and want to increase their training intensity, while still enjoying the social aspect of group training, and the consistency and accountability of a trainer.
Events and News:
The next Fit 360 will commence early 2019.
The program runs four mornings Monday - Thursdays. Patrons will have their choice from either a 6:00am session or a 7:00am session.
How to Book Your Fit 360 Program:
To book your place into Fit 360, patrons will have to make their booking at our front desk or Health Club desk. All program bookings must be made and paid in full prior to the advertised start date of the program.
