About:

Fit 360 is an 8-week periodised program involving both cardiovascular and resistance training.  We place emphasis on results with ongoing technique correction in a fun and dynamic environment. Based on the 6 training principles of individuality, specificity, progressive overload, adaptation, recovery and reversibility we provide variety and a holistic training experience.

Fitness testing is conducted both at the beginning and end of the program to ensure a measurable outcome is recorded across the eight weeks.

Capped at 10 people per training block, Fit 360 is the perfect bridging program for those who have graduated from the highly supportive Weight Loss Warriors program and want to increase their training intensity, while still enjoying the social aspect of group training and the consistency and accountability of a trainer.

If you attend the gym regularly but have struggled to get beyond the initial gains, this program will equip you with the knowledge to beat the plateau and continue to develop your gym experience.

Events and News:

Unfortunately FIT 360 did not meet the minimum participant threshold for February 2019. Keep an eye on the website and member communications for upcoming programs across March and April. The Health Club team will be keen to bring you Fit 360 again in the mid year period

How to Book Your Fit 360 Program:

To book your place into Fit 360, patrons will have to make their booking at our front desk or the Health Club desk. All program bookings must paid in full prior to the advertised start date of the program.
