CounterPunch Boxing Program
This dynamic 6-week program is designed for those who already have a thirst for boxing and are looking to improve their coordination, footwork, technical work, aerobic conditioning and boxing knowledge.
Anyone who pays for the program will be invited to attend our free “Learn to pad” sessions the week before the program commences.
Participants can expect:
- Two face to face sessions per week
- Padding and boxing technique
- Footwork and aerobic drills
- Pair and group boxing drills
- Knowledge of boxing terminology and technique
Date/Duration: 3rd of February to 12th March
Location: Health Club, Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre
Time: 6:30am – 7:30am
Days: Mondays & Thursdays
Estimated Attendance/Target: 20
Cost: MQ Gym Member: $200
MQ Gym Member Staff/Student/Alumni: $175
How to Book into CounterPunch Boxing Program:
To book your place into CounterPunch, patrons will have to make their booking at our front desk or the Health Club desk. All program bookings must paid in full prior to the advertised start date of the program.

Terms and Conditions:
- Counterpunch will specifically run from Monday 3rd Feb– Thursday March 12th 2020
- Classes will be run on Mondays and Thursdays between 6:30am and 7:30am
- Program must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- No discounts will be offered for any missed sessions.
