CounterPunch is a 6-week program combining boxing and its conditioning demands by incorporating plenty of non-contact boxing action as well as aerobic drills. This dynamic program is designed for those who already have a thirst for boxing and are looking to improve their coordination, footwork, technical work and aerobic conditioning.
Those who join Counterpunch will expect to learn to pad and box in pairs, improve their footwork through skipping and improve coordination through combo work. These sessions will target your whole body and bring a new level of enjoyment and ‘inner fighter’ to your cardio sessions.
Participants can expect:
- Two face-to-face sessions
- Padding and boxing technique
- Footwork and aerobic drills
- Pair and group boxing drills
- Knowledge of boxing terminology and technique
Date/Duration: Round 2 is currently underway
Location: Health Club, Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre
Time: 6:30am – 7:30am
Days: Mondays and Thursdays

- MQ Gym Member: $165.00

How to Book into CounterPunch Boxing Program:
To book your place into CounterPunch, patrons will have to make their booking at our front desk or the Health Club desk. All program bookings must paid in full prior to the advertised start date of the program.
