Let your kids find balance, strength and flexibility while having fun!

Let your kids find balance, strength and flexibility, while having fun, in our engaging Gymnastics programs

Our lessons aren’t all about somersaults and flips; our coaches place emphasis on the fundamentals of gymnastics to ensure the kids can develop their confidence on and off the gymnastics floor.

We offer classes for every level of ability – from our KinderGym program to our Advanced Recreation program, before transitioning into our Adults Gymnastics program.

About:

Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre offers children the opportunity to grow and develop gross and fine motor skills, balance, strength, coordination and flexibility through our Kindergym Gymnastics program.

There are two programs available within the current Kindergym Gymnastics program - Play Gym and Junior Gym. Both will provide children an experience of learning through play, with weekly themes designed to help the child learn fundamental skills that will assist with their transition to school.

There are a range of programs available within recreational structure:

  • Recreational Levels programs - Water, Fire and Air
  • Strength and tumbling specific classes
