What do we need to bring to lessons?
All swimmers should bring the basics including appropriate swimwear and goggles, a dry towel and warm clothes to change into after the lesson. Board shorts and rashies are not encouraged as they make learning to swim more difficult! Many children are hungry after class, so a healthy snack (such as fruit, yoghurt, muesli bar)is also a good idea.
All children enrolled in our babies classes are required to wear a tight fitting swim nappy. Squad swimmers should supply their own pair of fins (flippers). Swimmers in these levels are also encouraged to bring a water bottle to each lesson.
