Business process improvement

Business Process Improvement (BPI) began in response to feedback from theOur University: A Framing of Futures consultation process. It delivers on strategic priority seven:

"Improving those aspects of our support services to realise this aspiration and vision."

This priority is essential in developing the framework to realise the other six strategic priorities. The purpose of business process improvement is to increase quality and speed of processes. Although in some instances cost savings may be realised, the priority is to position staff and students as the key drivers in the decision making and implementation of process improvement across the University.
