Through the FSE Strategy 2026–2030 we translate our ambitions into actionable priorities tailored to meet the dynamic challenges of our time.

Reporting to the Executive Dean, you will drive the development and delivery of the faculty's learning and teaching plans, educational activities and teaching quality.

As a driving force behind implementation of the Our Education pillar of the FSE Strategy 2026–2030, you will turn its priorities into tangible actions and results by leading initiatives that raise teaching standards, enrich the student experience and strengthen graduate outcomes.

As a member of the Faculty Executive, you will build strong, collaborative relationships with Heads of School and Research Departments, Directors of Education, Course Directors, fellow Deputy Deans, Associate Deans, and Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President portfolios, working together to advance the University's educational mission and elevate the student experience and graduate employability.

Specifically, you will:

• drive the development and delivery of the faculty's learning and teaching plans, educational activities and teaching quality
• lead implementation of the Our Education pillar of the FSE Strategy 2026–2030
• lead initiatives that raise teaching standards, enrich the student experience and strengthen graduate outcomes
• build strong, collaborative relationships within the faculty and across portfolios
• work together to advance the University's educational mission and elevate the student experience and graduate employability.
