Industry engagement is a key feature of our programs, which combine the study of the theoretical underpinnings of applied finance with real industry case studies.

The Department of Applied Finance also houses the Macquarie University Applied Finance Centre, which teaches our highly regarded Masters of Applied Finance Program.

Macquarie Applied Finance Centre (MAFC) has delivered graduate applied finance education for 35 years to students with relevant work experience. 4,700 alumni in 43 countries hold senior leadership positions in financial services across multinationals, banks and corporations.
