One Voice One Image is a strategic imperative for Macquarie University.

Macquarie is undergoing enormous change - we have a clear vision and strategy, an ambitious agenda and some significant successes already in implementing that agenda. We need to capture and communicate that change and find new ways of presenting the University to prospective students and staff, and to the local, national and international communities we serve.

There has never been a better time to define a distinctive differentiated voice and image for Macquarie University.

Until now, we have lacked a consistent powerful identity, essential in an increasingly competitive environment. Until now, we have not had a shared understanding of who we are and what sets us apart from other universities.

Our new voice and image is the outcome of extensive consultation with all our stakeholders over many months. This consultation was the basis of our developing what we believe is a distinctive message about Macquarie University that will enable us all to communicate with confidence what our University stands for.
