Macquarie University Vacation Care provides a recreational program for primary school aged children during the school holidays. It is located on University Avenue, near the Cochlear Building.
The next session of Vacation Care will run from Monday 26 September to Friday 7 October, and will be open from 7.30am to 6.15pm each day.
Children of staff receive priority placement and eligible families can access the Child Care Benefit (CCB) and Child Care Rebate (CCR).
There are a number of exciting activities including cartooning, using recycled materials to design a 3D city, quidditch and – inspired by the Rio Olympics – an athletics program.
