Macquarie University clubs and societies

Joining a club or society is a great way to connect with like-minded people at Macquarie University who share similar passions and interests. With over 140 different groups to choose from, there is something to suit everyone.

Run by students for students, the signup day for clubs and societies is the first day of semester in the Central Courtyard.

All clubs and societies will have information stalls so you can find out what they are about and the kind of activities they offer. While some may be free to join, most will have a small annual membership fee, which goes a big way towards helping out with the cost of member events for the year.

We strongly encourage you to visit the stalls on the day and chat to the friendly teams.
