Here are forms you may need once you're an enrolled non-award student

Withdraw via eStudent:

Students will be able to withdraw units via eStudent themselves, but please be mindful of the Census dates and the last day to withdraw to avoid academic and financial penalty. 

Macquarie University has eStudentsupport available:

  • On-campus eStudent support is available at designated times, contact Student Connect to find out more about this support.
  • eStudent email support is available via the eStudent enquiry form.

Unitwithdrawals after certain dates will result in a FAIL grade. Click here for more information.

Withdrawal Without Academic Penalty application form

If you have experienced unavoidable disruption to your studies you may apply to withdraw from units without academic and/or financial penalty.

Non-Award and ACST Session 1, 2 and 3 of 2016 Change of Unit Enrolment form

Students submit this form to add or swap units. This is strictly for students enrolled in the Non-Award or ACST Non-Award program.

  

How to Apply for a Refund

Students who withdraw from their enrolled units by the Census date will be eligible for a full refund of the tuition fees paid for the unit(s). Refer to this webpage and submit the request form through ask.mq.edu.au or email to student_fees@mq.edu.au 

On-time Application Fee Form

This form needs to be filled and submitted in person to Cashiers Office (Lincoln Building C8A - Ground Floor) or sent directly to ofs.cashiers@mq.edu.au. This form is for On-time Application Fees.

Late Application Fee Form

This form needs to be filled and submitted in person to Cashiers Office (Lincoln Building C8A - Ground Floor) or sent directly to ofs.cashiers@mq.edu.au. This form is for late application fees.
