Use this Trip planner to help you plan your trip and calculate the cost of your journey.
As a Study Tour student your accommodation will be arranged by us or the co-ordinator in your country. Your accommodation will typically be Homestay or one of our Residential Colleges on campus.
Homestay involves living with a family, couple or single person in their home. Hosts come from a diversity of social and cultural backgrounds. A 'family' could be a mum/dad with children; a single parent; or a single person with no children. Hosts may or may not have pets, may smoke, may be vegan, vegetarian or meat-eaters. Hosts may or may not be religious, could be working, studying, unemployed or retired and could have disability access.
Settling in with a new family can be difficult at first, and sometimes people do not get along with each other. If this happens, try to deal with the issue early. The longer a problem is left the more difficult it becomes to resolve. If you are unhappy with your homestay situation let us know as soon as possible so we can help to resolve the issues.
Download the Homestay Guidelines document.
