Complaints and Appeals Policy Overview

The ELC wants to deal with student problems quickly and fairly. If you have a problem with your course, or another matter at the ELC, speak to each person below in numerical order until your problem is solved. You can bring a friend to help you anytime you want to speak to someone.

  1. Your teacher
  2. A student advisor
  3. Head of Academic Programs or the Operations Manager
  4. ELC Head of Centre
  5. Dean of Students, Macquarie University
  6. Overseas Students' Ombudsman
