Student Complaints and Appeals Policy Overview
The ELC aims to deal with student problems quickly and fairly. If you have a problem with your course, or wish to discuss another matter at the ELC, speak to each person below in numerical order until your problem is solved. You can bring a friend to help you anytime you want to speak to someone.
