Here are forms you may need once you're an enrolled Next Step student

Next Step Change of Unit Enrolment Form - 2016 Students must submit this to change their choice of chosen units. Next Step applications are valid for one academic year from time of admission. Please complete this form for any unit changes within one academic year from admission. Students will be able to withdraw units via E-student themselves but please be mindful of the census dates and the last day to withdraw to avoid academic and financial penalty. 
Withdrawal without academic penalty application form (WWAP) Students who experience unavoidable disruption may apply for withdrawing a unit without academic or financial penalty. 
Request for Refund of Tuition Fees formSubmit this form through ask.mq.edu.au or email to student_fees@mq.edu.au to obtain refund of your tuition fees if you withdraw before the academic and financial census date.
On-time application fee formThis form needs to be filled and submitted in person to Cashiers Office (Lincoln Building C8A - Ground Floor) or sent directly to ofs.cashiers@mq.edu.au. This form is for On-time Application Fees.
